The Tools menu Device Information command will list detailed information about mounted devices. Any mounted device can be examined by the command. For system drives, usually drive C, Windows® security may block the low level functions that retrieve the information from the device. If you want to examine a system drive, you should right click CryptoFD in the start menu and run as administrator. (The desktop icon will not run CruyptoFD as an administrator.)
The Hot Plug and Media Removable true and false indications are somewhat esoteric. Depending on the device, the true and false indications are not necessarily what would be expected. If you find the true and false indications counter intuitive, don't worry about it. Much of it is caused by legacy code that still tries to account for floppy disks.
