Unless it is required by the application, Hodson's Software, LLC does not collect nor does Hodson's Software, LLC assist other parties in collecting any information on your Android™ device. Applications created by Hodson's Software, LLC that use third party products and services, such as the Google™ Maps SDK, limits any information and data used to that necessary for the application to function. In all applications, no data or information is stored by Hodson's Software, LLC.
Hodson's Software, LLC uses a service called Crittercism in Android applications upgraded or written after February 2012. Hodson's Software, LLC uses Crittercism solely to improve the performance and stability of Android applications -- Crittercism does not collect any personally identifiable information.

Glad you asked! Crittercism is a real-time crash reporting and customer support SDK you can integrate into an iOS or Android app in less than 5 minutes. It provides detailed crash reports and aggregated error diagnostics. We can tell you which bugs are affecting the largest percentage of your users and how to fix them. The SDK also powers an optional in-app support forum where users can report bugs, ask questions, and vote on features. Once you fix a bug or crash in your app, Crittercism can send out a notification to all the affected users that it's been resolved.
How does the crash reporting work?
We capture all crashes that occur due to unhandled exceptions, low memory warnings, and signals. When an error occurs, we also grab pertinent diagnostics such as app version, memory usage, and free disk space to give you all the information you need to debug a crash. By correlating these to feedback in the in-app support forum, we can get a better sense of what is going on and give you, the developer, a way to communicate with the user to fix their issue.
